How to Install 1Channel Primewire Kodi

The guide below will show you how to install the ever-popular 1Channel addon for Kodi.


This add-on is not supported by the Kodi Team or the XBMC foundation. Please do not post questions on the website relating to this add-on.

This add-on and its repo are available through fusion. If you already have fusion then go straight to step 8

Install 1Channel Kodi:

  • Open Kodi
  • Select SYSTEM > File Manager
  • Select Add Source
  • Select None
  • Type the following EXACTLY and select Done
  • Highlight the box underneath Enter a name for this media Source & type fusion
  • Select OK
  • Go back to your Home Screen
  • Select SYSTEM
  • Select Add-Ons
  • Select Install from zip file
  • Select fusion
  • Select kodi-repos
  • Select english
  • Select
  • Wait for Add-on enabled notification
  • Select Install from repository or Get Add-Ons on Helix
  • Select tknorris release repository
  • Select Video Add-Ons
  • Select 1Channel
  • Select Install
  • Wait for Add-on enabled notification

1Channel is now installed and ready to use. As usual the add-on now can be accessed via VIDEOS > Add-Ons > 1Channel from your home screen.

For some people it can take a while for the meta data to load and some are not interested in the meta data so use the steps below to disable meta data

  • Select VIDEOS > Add-ons
  • Highlight DO NOT SELECT 1Channel
  • Open the Context Menu (C on your keyboard, right click with a mouse, long press on touch screen devices or Menu button on your remote) & select Add-on settings
  • Select Performance
  • Turn off Enable MetaData‚Ķ
  • Select OK

Custom domain fix for 1Channel on Kodi

  • Open 1Channel settings
  • Select Website
  • Select Enable Custom Domain & then select Custom Domain
  • Enter any of the following and select Done

  • Select OK

You can now launch 1Channel and it should work without any issues.
